El premio Primetime Emmy a la mejor actriz de reparto en una serie dramática (Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress - Drama Series) es uno de los galardones Primetime Emmy.

En las primeras ceremonias de los Primetime Emmy, las categorías de reparto no tenían distinción de género.
