John William Ferrell (n. Irvine, California, Estados Unidos, 16 de julio de 1967) es un comediante, actor y guionista estadounidense. Su carrera empezó como miembro del reparto de Saturday Night Live, y después en el cine, en películas como Old School, Elf, Anchorman, Kicking & Screaming, Talladega Nights, Stranger than Fiction y Blades of Glory. Ha recibido nominaciones para los Premios Emmy y Globo de Oro.

Will Ferrell nació el 16 de julio de 1967 en Irvine, California. Estudió periodismo en la Universidad of Southern California. Posteriormente trabajaría como reportero deportivo de forma eventual. Asistió al Groundlings Theatre de Los Ángeles donde aprendió improvisación y comedia. Desde 1995 hasta 2002 trabajó en el prestigioso Saturday Night Live y en 1997 inició su carrera cinematográfica con un papel protagonista en Man Seeking Women.
