Los Radio Disney Music Awards 2017 se llevó a cabo el 29 de abril de 2017, en el Microsoft Theater en Los Ángeles, California. Producción

El 25 de enero Radio Disney anunció los cinco anfitriones de la edición del 2017: los cantantes Jordan Fisher, Kelsea Ballerini y Sofia Carson, la actriz Jenna Ortega y Alex Aiono fueron elegidos.​ Los artistas fueron elegidos a través de una encuesta en Twitter, donde la audiencia indicó los nombres que deben ser invitados.​ Los boletos para asistir a la ceremonia de premiación estarán disponibles el 3 de marzo de 2017.​
