El Premio del Círculo de Críticos Nacional del Libro o en inglés el National Book Critics Circle Award es un galardón que entrega el Círculo de Críticos Nacional del Libro (NBCC) para promover los mejores libros y revistas publicada en inglés. Los principales premio fallan en seis categoría: Ficción, No Ficción, Poesía, Autobiografía, Biografía, y Crítica. Estos premio no son entregados a títulos previamente publicados en inglés, como por ejemplo nuevas versiones de texto antiguos. Hay libros que no son considerados en estas categorías, como los libros de cocina, libros de autoayuda (incluyendo literatura inspiracional), libros de referencia, libros de imágenes o libros infantiles. Sin embargo, los títulos elegidos para ser galardoneados pueden ser 'traducciones, historias cortas o colecciones de ensayos', o cualquier título que pueda entrar en las categorías mencionadas anteriormente.
