David Guetta, pronunciado GET-ah, (n. París, Francia; 7 de noviembre de 1967) es un DJ francés de música electrónica, especializado en producir música house. A los 13 años comenzó a mezclar sus primeros vinilos. Con 17 años, trabajó como DJ en el Broad, lanzando su carrera. Entre 1988 y 1990, mezcló música house en la Radio Nova.

David guetta nació y creció en París, Francia, en el seno de una familia Judía Sefardi de Marruecos. A la edad de 15 años David Guetta empezó a organizar fiestas en el sótano de su casa.

Con su estilo club dance/house, sus primeros éxitos europeos fueron «Money» y «Just a Little More Love». En 2005, con su sencillo «The World Is Mine» alcanzó el número uno en las listas dance por toda Europa y se volvió conocido por el gran público por un anuncio de gomina de L'Oréal, donde es el actor principal.

El 13 de agosto de 2005 participó en el Festival Español de Creamfields, donde también participaban The Chemical Brothers y Carl Cox. En el 2009 es considerado el tercer mejor DJ del mundo, por la revista DJmag.

Recientemente ha colaborado en el 2009 con el grupo Black Eyed Peas con el éxito I Gotta Feeling. En el 2:21 del videoclip aparece realizando un cameo y trabaja como DJ principal en Pacha Ibiza los jueves en la famosa fiesta F**k me I'm famous

David Guetta se ha destacado por sus excelentes trabajos musicales, siempre superando lo hecho anteriormente, prueba de esto se puede ver reflejada en el rápido ascenso que ha tenido, por dar un ejemplo, las impresionantes escaladas que da cada año en el Top 100 Dj de la revista DJmag, quedando este año en el tercer lugar de este prestigioso ranking.

F**k me, I'm famous es la fiesta mas famosa de David Guetta. Algo así como "Fóllame, soy famoso" es la traducción de la fiesta en la cual el DJ muestra su música mas reciente (y no tan reciente). Un ejemplo es el que hace en la discoteca Pacha Ibiza cada verano, aunque puede verse en muchas ciudades del mundo...

Colaboración con Britney Spears

En septiembre de 2009, el propio David Guetta confirmó entusiastamente en su cuenta de Facebook, que se encontraba trabajando con su «amiga», la cantante estadounidense Britney Spears, quien prepara el lanzamiento de su segundo álbum recopilatorio, The Singles Collection.​
