Richard Lee "Ricky" Skaggs (18 de julio de 1954) es un cantante, músico, productor y compositor estadounidense de música country y bluegrass. Toca la mandolina principalmente, aunque también el fiddle, guitarra y banjo.

Neotradicionalismo y experimentación[editar]
