Dominic Rowan es un actor inglés, más conocido por sus numerosas participaciones en teatro y actualmente por interpretar a Jake Thorne en la serie Law & Order: UK.

Dominic se entrenó en el Central School of Speech and Drama.

En radio ha trabajado en programas como Number 10, And the Rain My Drink, The Talk of the City y en The Mill on the Floss.

En 1996 apareció en la miniserie No Bananas donde interpretó a Harry Slater.
