La Discografía de Faith No More, una banda estadounidense de rock alternativo, procedente de San Francisco, California consiste de siete álbumes de estudio, un en vivo, siete recopilatorios, veinticuatro sencillos, cinco compilaciones y cuatro discos de vídeo.
Faith No More lanzó su primer álbum llamado We Care a Lot, publicado por Mordam registros en 1985. La banda pronto firmó con Slash Records, liberando Introduce Yourself, su segundo álbum en abril de 1987. Poco después, el resto de la banda despidió al vocalista, Chuck Mosley, y lo reemplazó con Mike Patton, durante la gira de promoción de su tercer álbum, The Real Thing, Faith No More graba su único álbum en directo, Live at the Brixton Academy, y lanzó su primer sencillo número uno Epic.Su cuarto álbum de estudio titulado Angel Dust fue lanzado en 1992 con sus dos últimos singles número uno, Midlife Crisis,y la canción de Lionel Richie, Easy.
Después de la gira de apoyo de Angel Dust y la salida del guitarrista desde hace mucho tiempo Jim Martin, Faith No More lanzó su quinto álbum de estudio, King For A Day...Fool For A Lifetime, en 1995. Su último álbum de estudio Album Of The Year, dado a conocer el 3 de junio de 1997, fue su último álbum de estudio editado hasta la fecha. Faith No More se disolvió en 1998 y su primer álbum recopilatorio, fue Who Cares A Lot?, fue puesto en libertad más tarde en el mismo año con su último sencillo, un cover de los Bee Gees canción " I Started a Broma ".
Después de un paréntesis de once años, Faith No More anunció una reunión en 2009, pero de acuerdo con Mike Patton, no tienen planes para grabar nuevo material.
Hasta la fecha Faith No More, ha vendido más de 20 millones de discos en todo el mundo.
