Kirstie Alley (n. 12 de enero de 1951) es una actriz estadounidense.
Biografía
Su nombre real es Gladys Leeman. Perdió a su madre en un accidente de automóvil, en el cual su padre se vio seriamente afectado. En 1974 estudió en la Universidad Estatal de Kansas. Tras acabar sus estudios, decidió probar con el arte dramático en la Universidad de Arte. Se pasaría 5 años estudiando y haciendo trabajos de interiorismo antes de emigrar a Hollywood.
Actuó en la cadena de televisión estadounidense NBC en una comedia durante tres temporadas. Sus comienzos en la gran pantalla se dieron en una de las películas de la saga Star Trek, La ira de Khan, interpretando a la oficial Saavik. Aunque el papel que le dio la fama fue interpretrando a la neurótica Rebecca en la serie de televisión Cheers.
