Exoristinae es una subfamilia de dípteros braquíceros perteneciente a la familia Tachinidae. Tiene una distribución mundial. Algunas especies se usan como controles biológicos. Istocheta aldrichi fue introducida en Norte América para combatir al escarabajo japonés.[1]
