Thousand Foot Krutch o TFK es una banda de rock cristiano canadiense. Trevor McNevan y Steve Augustine también tienen un proyecto aparte, llamado FM Static.

Biografía [editar]
McNevan empezó la banda en Peterborough (Ontario), una ciudad al noreste de Toronto, en el lugar donde fue a la secundaria. Joel Bruyere, fue el amigo de la infancia de McNevan, quien se había ido del lugar pero siguió en contacto con él. El baterista Steve Augustine es de Hamilton (Ontario).
McNevan es el fundador de TFK (junto con el guitarrista original Dave Smith), formada en 1997 en Peterborough, Ontario. McNevan dijo que el nombre de TFK fue simbolizando el punto de nuestras vidas en que nos dimos cuenta que nosotros no podemos hacerlo con nuestra propia fuerza. Él ha escrito y puesto a la venta 7 álbumes hasta la fecha.

El primer álbum de TFK, That's What People Do, salió a la venta independientemente en 1998. La banda hizo un impacto en el rock cristiano con su siguiente disco, Set It Off, en el 2000. El sonido del álbum fue distinto en su hip-hop pesado influenciado en el rap nu metal, y a través de unas cuantas canciones del disco como Puppet y Supafly impactó en las radios seculares y cristianas.
Un nuevo tema del grupo se utiliza en el programa SmackDown de la WWE . El tema se escucho por primera vez el 2 de octubre de 2009. El tema "War Of Change" es el tema oficial del PPV de la WWE Over The Limit para el año 2012.
