Ludmila N. Bukhtiyarova (translitera del cirílico ucraniano Людмила Бухтіярова (Kiev, 1970) es una botánica, algóloga,[1]​ curadora, y taxónoma ucraniana.[2]​

Desarrolla actividades académicas y científicas en el "Instituto de Ecología Evolutiva", de la Academia Nacional de Ciencias de Ucrania, Kiev.[3]​
