Frank Licari (nacido el 7 de julio de 1972), es un actor, escritor, director y productor canadiense que​​ ha aparecido en varias películas como Spiral: From The Book of Saw y series de televisión como Blue Bloods y The Hardy Boys. Frank Licari was born in Guelph, Canada, on July 7, 1972.​ His education concluded at American Musical and Dramatic Academy. On October 4, 2014, Licari married Natasha Sherritt, and they have one child.​
