Blocking of an IP

Hi beautiful wikipedians in Spanish! Could you please look at the edits by an IP 181.47.139.173 (Contribuciones). He was blocked in February for three days. Now he continues disruptive edits. For example, in article The Game Tour he changed "Voz" (capitalized) to "coros" and "Percusión" to "Bateria". WiiConnect24

In the article WiiConnect24, there is a section titled "RiiConnect24" that has no citations. We couldn't find any third-party sources for the English Wikipedia article, so it has been removed multiple times. Does the paragraph at that article meet your citation requirements? Page views: Decline of the Spanish Wikipedia?

I noticed that page views were decreasing for some "big" Wikipedias (mainly Russian, German and Spanish) and I started a discussion on the English Wikipedia on this subject. I thought that some of you may be interested in this debate and may have ideas to explain those trends. Would be great to have insights from Spanish speakers!
