[editar]I barely speak English, but I'll try to explain you.
When you upload an image to Commons, you have two options:
- That picture was taken directly to you and upload to Commons
- That image comes from a website that is permitted to use their material.
I believe that in the case of the photo that you uploaded, came from a Copyright web page, so someone has cleared. Although the image is yours, whether it comes from a page with Copyright, Commons does not allow for.
You have a better option, and it is up to Shmatko Commons an image taken by you and not on any website.

I Shmatko Andrey and Shmatko Rafael we are authors of a site http://www.kingofmarble-shmatko.com/ On this site the photo is placed. We placed it in English, Ukrainian and English Wikipedia. You can take and place a photo with any Wikipedia(English, Ukrainian, English) on Spanish Wikipedia. I to you allow to place a photo.

- In spanish wikipedia in you can't upload pictures from the page http://www.kingofmarble-shmatko.com/news_in/news12.html because, bottom left, it says "© 2005 All Rights Reserved Nicolai Shmatko". Nor can switch from other Wikipedia.
- The only thing you can do is go to page http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload/es (multiple languages) and upload an image of your property that is not on any website with Copyright. It's simple, Goldorak dime 23:46 12 ene 2010 (UTC)
