Eyehategod es una banda de sludge metal de New Orleans, Estados Unidos, formada en 1988.[1] Son una de las bandas más importantes de la escena del metal de New Orleans. A lo largo de los años, su alineación ha sido consistente, con la excepción del bajista, una posición que varios músicos han llenado.
Eyehategod han señalado a Melvins, The Obsessed, Black Flag, y Black Sabbath como sus principales influencias.[2] La banda "combina brutalidad hardcore, lentitud narcotizada y rock sureño".[3]
