Lee «Scratch» Perry es un músico, técnico de sonido y productor musical jamaicano, nacido el 20 de marzo de 1936, pionero del dub y el reggae.En el año 2004 la revista Rolling Stone lo coloco en el puesto 100 de su lista 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
