La edición especial de Estados Unidos ofrece 21 pistas de sus mejores éxitos mientras que ediciones que salieron posteriormente ofrecieron más canciones en diversas selecciones; este es sin duda el recopilatorio de más éxito de Cher en sus 40 años de carrera.

Recepción

El álbum demostró ser bastante exitoso. Debutó en el número siete en Estados Unidos en la lista Billboard 200 con 122.000 copias vendidas en su primera semana, que es mucho más que su recopilación anterior If I Could Turn Back Time - Cher's Greatest Hits (1999) que debutó en el número sesenta y siete con 23.000 copias vendidas en su semana debut.

Se mantuvo durante diez semanas en el top diez de los álbumes más vendidos, nueve consecutivas y una adicional en la semana del 12 de julio del 2003 cuando se encontraba en el número diez, vendiendo 52.000 copias.
