(ayuda) - ↑ Haplogroup C* (C-M130) has been found among males with the surname Llach and originating from Garrotxa, Catalonia, Spain. It was not found among males with the same surname from other areas, or males with other surnames of Catalan origin (Cognoms Catalans, n.d., Resultat; access 15 September 2015). The Cognoms Catalans project, which researches "genetic surnames" in Catalonia, Valencia and the Balearic Islands, is based at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
