Privacy problems with en.wikipedia administrator, lta

Witam, moje imie jest Wiktoria W.J. IM currently in Poznan, Poland. I also speak Spanish but English is more common language. IM an independent observer, pl.wikipedia editor since 2005, who wants to fix things & keep wikimedia's privacy policy in check. I want to report the ongoing problem of provocation, name calling, threats, threats of outing, reversal of numerous correct edits aka edit wars, stalking, calling police on innocent people, threat with jail, arrest & police, harassment, cyber-stalking, etc... I do not know where to start. I want you to promise me you will stay on the job until this problem is resolved & this administrator is banned FOREVER. What I have seen over the years is nothing but excuses & wikimedia simply believes him. Are you going to bring this individual before wfm? I do not want to reveal his user name here so do you want me to report all the details here? And it will take time & a lot of investigation. This individual reveales the names of "vandals" he does not like and of those he has personal conflict with. All of these policies have been violated by this super administrator vandal who does not contribute & does nothing but revert everything from a to z, globally, with idiotic reasons some believe but privacy policy if there was ever on wikimedia is gone: www.google.com/search?client=ms-android-att-us&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=wikimedia+privacy+policy&btnG=Searchh Now, this innocent person's name is known all over internet & real vandals use it against him & to their advantage to troll around@! Whats your email?
