Nebrija University[editar]

The Nebrija University is a private university based in Madrid (Spain). His name pays homage to Antonio de Nebrija.

Historia[editar]

It obtained its full official recognition for the approval of Law 23/95 of July 17 (BOE of July 18, 1995).[1]

Campus[editar]

The Nebrija University has its headquarters, since 2016, in the center of Madrid, in its Nebrija-Princesa building, located on Santa Cruz de Marcenado Street, which also houses the faculties of Languages ​​and Education, Communication and Arts, Social Sciences, Sciences of Health, as well as the Higher Polytechnic School, the Hispanic Studies Center, the Graduate School and the Nebrija Business School.

The institution also has the following campuses, all of them in Madrid:

  • Dehesa de la Villa, in the University City of Madrid, which houses the Higher Polytechnic and Architecture School, and several programs of the Graduate School.
  • La Berzosa, in Hoyo de Manzanares, next to Torrelodones, bordering the service road of La Coruña (A-6). It is used for certain institutional acts and as an administrative center.
  • San Rafael-Nebrija, located in Paseo de la Habana. Specialized in the branch of health sciences (physiotherapy, nursing and postgraduate programs), it is part of the San Rafael Hospital's own facilities, and the center is attached to the order of San Juan de Dios.

It has 346 places in the residences Augustinus-Nebrija, Nebrija-Chamberí, and Nebrija-Corazonistas.

This section of the Nebrija University is dedicated to coordinate any degree that is available to be completed online or blended.

Student exchange programs[editar]

It has international programs, some with double degrees and others that make it easier for Spanish students to take courses at universities in Europe, the United States or Canada, as well as the assistance of foreign students received on their campuses.

Antonio de Nebrija Foundation[editar]

The Antonio de Nebrija Foundation, a private foundation of a cultural and educational nature, promotes the granting of scholarships and research awards, the convening of forums, academic events, conferences and congresses, as well as the development of university, cultural and social activities. Its headquarters is located at 59 Cea Bermúdez Street in Madrid.
