At the age of two he was chosen out of 100 children to model for a catalogue. When he was six years old he started taking guitar lessons with the ambition of becoming a musician. He attended the Cultural Institute of Art to Grow from the age of six.

Vasco is known for his reluctance to compete in competitions, despite having been invited to appear on a variety of TV programs.

He is continuing with his studies whilst pursuing a music career and produces a combination of rock music and organic sounds. Vasco has a Baritone voice and he uses instruments manufactured in the 1960s, 70s and 80s to create a vintage effect. Vasco lists his influences as Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Doors and Johnny Cash.

On 21 April 2016, Vasco released his debut album "Dbut" which contained 10 themes of his authorship. He lead the production of the CD.

Vasco is a Catholic who now lives in Lima with his mother and his mother’s family. He doesn’t know his father, who he claims is the Venezuelan singer and actor, Guillermo Davila who has denied the paternity.

Vasco also struggles with the desire to spread rock music amongst teenagers as he has found many to prefer pop music.
