Removal of fictitious flags

@Leoncastro: I am sorry that I somehow managed not to include the edit summary I had intended when I reverted back to the version from 7 August 2018. Since then user Santiago RD (disc. · contr. · bloq.) has added lots and lots of "flags" for municipalities and provinces to the template. The point is that all these flags are pure fantasy, and every single one of them has now been deleted from Commons. Therefore all the added subtemplates are unnecessary and completely useless. I will not do any more edits to the template myself, but I advise you to look closer if it really is necessary to have it filled up with codes that have no practical use whatsoever. Claro, pero la plantilla se está usando igualmente para designar los municipios, incluso aunque ya no tengan bandera. Es decir, que se usa a modo de enlace de forma que, por ejemplo, {{DOM|BAH}} genera un enlace a Bahoruco (→ BAH). Antes de deshacer eso en la plantilla será necesario deshacer sus usos en los artículos. -- Leoncastro (discusión) 14:39 9 sep 2019 (UTC)
