Historia
En 1909, el hotel fue construido por Louis Bossert, un magnate maderero de Brooklyn, en la calle 98 Montague, en "Brooklyn Heights". Su estilo exterior es del "Renacimiento Revival Italiano".[1] Y fue diseñado como un hotel de partamentos.[2] [1]
