I give you permission to use any of the .jpg files on www.turnertoys.com that contain images of tops. I see you have selected 2 images of the "smart top". I think that the images of the plastic tops - the Blizzard & Sidewinder http://www.turnertoys.com/American_Classics_Toys/tops/precision-molded-toy-spinning-tops.htm and the Trompo & Trompo Bearing http://www.turnertoys.com/American_Classics_Toys/tops/Trompo-supersize-toy-spinning-tops.htm - would be much more interesting and informative. The .mpg files are owned by Dale Oliver ( yopro@spintastics.com ). He is a world tops and yoyo champion. He will have to give you permission to use them. I just spoke with him by phone, and I am sure it will be no problem. You might offer to provide a link to his website also.

Is anyone going to write an English version of your Wikipedia article? I am very happy to have a link to my website coming from your article, but I would really like to have one from an English version.

Images may be cropped, resized, and/or pasted into montages as needed for purposes of permitted use, but not otherwise modified. I am aware that I always retain copyright of my work, and retain the right to be attributed in accordance with the license chosen. Use of my images requires attribution of source: www.turnertoys.com . I am aware that the free license only concerns copyright, and I reserve the option to take action against anyone who uses this work in a libelous way, or in violation of personality rights, trademark restrictions, etc. I acknowledge that I cannot withdraw this agreement, and that the image may or may not be kept permanently on a Wikimedia project.
