The surrealism style combines the conscious and the subconscious in order to create a new reality and it mixes elements of fantasy and contemporary art.

The surrealism intends to create from the subconscious including dreams, hallucinations or random images, the idea is to set the sub consciousness free. Sigmund Freud developed a method of psychoanalytic interpretation to bring up the unconsciousness and most of the surrealist artists followed this method to create their own artworks, they based their works on memories, feelings and dreams.
