Rachad Music[editar]

Rachad is a new music producer born the 31st of March 2000. He's from spain with moroccan roots and has been based in a small city in the north of morocco, Larache.

Biography[editar]

His entourage ensure us he has always shown love for art; learning by himself to draw surrealism and learning to play piano at the age of 5.

Growing up with a jewelry designer mother and a doctor father, he showed interest for both, creativity and science. His music teachers at the conservatory of Larache declared he was talented back then when he was studying music, but they complained about how he prefered to compose his own songs rather than playing classical sheets. He mastered piano, but also learned how to play drums, flutes, traditional percussion and guitar.

Release[editar]

This young male producer released his first single the 19th October 2019, "Soul Morocco" leaving a message saying: "Feel the Moroccan Vibe" in all platforms, reaching over 1k views in the videoclip the first week after the release. Captivating all Larache citizens and making them feel proud of the masterpiece many local journals got interested in that teenager showing him love and support.

Soul Morocco[editar]

Rachad said in a local interview he started working with "moroccan vibes" after listening to D33pSoul, Oum and Habib Belk (moroccan musicians known for keeping a traditional touch in their work). He also declared that one of his goals is to collab with Maroc Telecom and RedOne.

Composition[editar]

Rachad showed the making of Soul Morocco in his social media. Started the Project File in Fl Studio with no idea of what he wanted to do, he made some ascending chords on piano and tried to experiment putting a gnawa beat on it. It sounded good so he composed a melody for flute using amazigh music scale. He soon developed the idea and showed the idea to his family and close friends. Everyone loved it so he decided to release it to make it reach more listeners

Future work[editar]

Because of the unexpected relative success Soul Morocco had, he promised through his social media he will bring to his audience a lyrics version of the song collaborating with a female singer.
