Uso
Este módulo provee funciones para obtener información sobre puntos de código de Unicode. La información se obtiene de módulos de datos generados partiendo de la Base de Datos de Caracteres Unicode, o derivados mediante reglas encontradas en la Especificación Unicode. Este y sus submódulos se han copiado y traducido de la Wikipedia en Inglés y a su vez del Wikcionario Inglés y posteriormente modificados; véase la versión original para más información.
Funciones
lookup_name(codepoint)- Recibe un punto de código (número) y devuelve su nombre o etiqueta; por ejemplo,
lookup_name(0xA9)retorna"COPYRIGHT SIGN". lookup, is- Función invocable desde plantillas que permite acceder a las funciones que empiezan por
lookupeis. Reemplazar el primer guión bajo en la función con una barra vertical, y añade el punto de código en base hexadecimal, o un poco de texto en el caso deis_Latin,is_rtl, eis_valid_pagename, como el siguiente parámetro. Por ejemplo,{{#invoke:Unicode data|lookup|name|61}}→ LATIN SMALL LETTER A;{{#invoke:Unicode data|is|Latin|àzàhàr̃iyyā̀}}→ true.
Módulos de datos
Los datos utilizados por las funciones de este módulo se encuentran en submódulos. Algunos son generados mediante scripts en AWK encontrados en User:Kephir/Unicode en el Wikcionario Inglés, otros mediante scripts en Lua en las subpáginas /make de los submódulos.
- Módulo:Unicode data/aliases: los alias formales para los caracteres (de NameAliases.txt)
- Módulo:Unicode data/blocks: la lista de bloques de Unicode (de Blocks.txt)
- Módulo:Unicode data/category: datos para mapear de caracteres a su "General Category" (de DerivedGeneralCategory.txt)
- Módulo:Unicode data/control: datos para identificar caracteres que pertenecen a las "General Categories" de "Separator" y "Other" (de DerivedGeneralCategory.txt)
- Módulo:Unicode data/combining: data para mapear caracteres a sus "Combining Classes" (de DerivedCombiningClass.txt)
- Módulo:Unicode data/Hangul: data usado para generar los nombres de sílabas de Hangul (de Jamo.txt)
- Módulo:Unicode data/scripts: data para mapear caracteres a sus propiedades de escritura de Unicode (de Scripts.txt).
Nos módulos de datos sobre nombres (Módulo:Unicode data/names/xxx) fueron compilados partiendo de UnicodeData.txt. Cada uno contiene, como máximo, puntos de código del U+xxx000 al U+xxxFFF.
