Termination of updates and renaming of list

Electric and hybrid cars are becoming more comonpace. When at some time most types of car will have a electric or hybrid variant, it is not meaningful and imossible to keep these lists updates. I suggest to terminate new entries for any new models that enter(ed) the market after 2018, and rename it correspondingly. The list would thus grudually evolve into a historic document of early actvities in the car industrie in the first two decades of this millennium. This would not preclude some notes about highly significant new market entries or best-selling cars of that type. But certainly, the expectation of a "complete" list of all electric or hybrid cars is inachievable.
