Motivation es un álbum de Moti Special editado en 1985 por el sello discográfico TELDEC. Integraban el grupo musical el guitarrista danés Nils Tuxen, el teclista rumano Michael Cretu, el bajista y vocalista Manfred "Thissy" Thiers, y el batería Reinhard "Dickie" Tarrach. Se extraerían tres sencillos de éxito.
