Francés ≠ Saboyano[editar]

Charles Henri Pellegrini can't be French, because Chambéry and Savoy weren't French before 1860 (see: Cesión a Francia 1860). Pellegrini was born in 1800, in Chambéry, Ducado de Saboya, that was a part of the Reino de Cerdeña. The French troups just only occupied Savoy around 1800, but that doesn't make them French, for the same reasons the people born in France between 1939-45 (Segunda Guerra Mundial) aren't German/Alemán.
