Hola. Mi inglés no es muy bueno y prefiero expresarme en español, por eso te escribo aquí aunque no sea el sitio más indicado.

Lo que yo quiero expresar con el bug 1342 es que si tu pones b:es:Portada en vez de poner un enlace a http://es.wikibooks.org/wiki/Portada lo pone a http://es.wikibooks.org/wiki/es:Portada. Esto es erroneo, aunque funciona y termina redirigiendo a http://es.wikibooks.org/wiki/Portada
Por otro lado, si pones wikibooks:es:Portada te manda a http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/es:Portada cuando también debería dirigirte a http://es.wikibooks.org/wiki/Portada

Halló Almorca! The way how you describe the redirects is correct. This is how it works. However there are many issues related to InterWiki links. I see a problem with

'b:' is not a valid (self referencing interwiki prefix) at Wikibooks / bugzilla:00955 – "b: doesn't work from wikibooks"
