The Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin is the seal utilized by the office of the secretary for autentificar all the official minutes of the governor, except laws. Consists of the shield of weapons of the state, with the writing "Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin" (of the English: The Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin) above 13 stars, that represent to the original states, by underneath. |

Up: Forward (Ahead), the motto of the state. A badger, the animal of the state. In the center, in the state shield: Up to the left: A plow, representing to the agriculture. Up to the right: A peak and a spade, representing the mining industry. Down to the left: An arm and a hammer, representing the manufacturación. Down to the right: An anchor, representing the navigation. In the center: The shield of weapons U.S., including the motto AND Pluribus Unum. The shield is held for a sailor and a landowner (usually respected a miner), representing the work in the water and the land. The state had also an important link in the navigation by its connections since the Large Lakes to the river Mississippi through Wisconsin. The Office of the secretary of State is the guard of the great seal of Wisconsin. The seal appears in all the rooms of audiences in the state, often along with the seal of the county. Is also the central piece of the flag of the state, that is basically the seal of the state on a blue fund. |
