- The photo was used to promote the show “Sweet and Low” (depicted in the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, January 20, 1931 on page 21). This version is a studio proof.
- Editing: copy was cropped to remove borders and “White Studio Rough Proof” text on bottom, crease marks were edited out and contrast and sharpness were adjusted.
- The photo is from 1930 so the 1909 Copyright law applies.
- Ruth Sato is deceased
- There are no copyright markings on the front or back of the photo, as can be seen at the full view link.
