Se está discutiendo si la etiqueta de derecho de autor en este archivo es la indicada. En algunos casos esto puede deberse a que el origen declarado u otra información no es suficiente para demostrar que la etiqueta seleccionada es la correcta. Motivo: > "This image or file is a work of a U.S. Air Force Airman or employee, taken or made during the course of the person's official duties. As a work of the U.S. federal government, the image or file is in the public domain."
The photograph was probably taken on May 23, 1942 at Kunming, China in front of Tomahawk #40, not "next to his P-40 fighter". #40 was probably assigned to Tom Cole of the 2nd Squadron. R.T. smith was assigned #77 and #47.
I'm happy to grant Wikipedia the right to use the image, but would like to see the file name, caption, source and permission changed.
