The current version seems to me an equivalent of the current policy, going live today. Would you like to copy it to the WMF site too? Wikimedia:Política de privacidad.
I am not sure if it is good to have it locally. Specially after several vandalism. Have you considered to refer the WMF version rather than the local one? If there is inconvinience, please let me know. We can probably improve it. For avoiding vandalism, you may want (semi-)protect the page.
One possible problem is, I suppose, there are few Spanish editors on the WMF website. If there are some active Spanish editors who are already involved into the WMF layer activities *and* interested in join the WMF website editing, they would be welcome. See also m:Request for an account on the Foundation wiki.
