1st param "level" (optional): The exam level, either old (#級) or new (N#) formats. Will be shown on info and id2 with Template:Userbox-2. If skipped Template:Userbox will be used.
2nd param "date" (optional): If you want to state when you took the exam. Manage it as you like, (e.g. 2010, 6 Dec 2010, 2010年12月6日). In spanish will show "celebrado en 〇〇", in japanese will show "〇〇に実施した".
3rd param "score" (optional): If you want to share your score. Manage it as you like, (e.g. 375, 375/400, 93%). In spanish will show "con 〇〇", in japanese will show "〇〇点で".
4th param "japanese?" (optional): shows japanese userbox. leave blank to default spanish, any other thing will show it in japanese.
Optional parameters can be skipped (e.g. ...|param1|param2||param4|...).
