Personally I think it is rather clear that due to about equal importance for Luis Suárez Miramontes, it would be more suitable to change his name (if you disagree, then to mere Luis Suárez simply then but not Luis Suarez (footballer) when is disambig IMHO). According to Pantheon.World (evoluated from meta's idea project) Spanish Suarez has [70.22 historical resonance index meanwhile Uruguayan one has 59.63. Warmest regards.
