Considero que se debería cambiar el título del artículo por "Estudio de casos y controles", como he hecho en el resto del artículo.

A questionable name used in the lead[editar]
In the lead, it currently says "estudio de control de casos, también conocido como estudio de casos y controles". The first name mentioned is clearly a misnomer derived from misunderstanding the original English-language term: it was incorrectly treated as a hyphenated "case-control", i.e. "control of a case", rather than what it is - an en-dash–connected juxtaposition of "case" and "control", i.e. "case and control" or "case vs. control".
My suggestion is to reverse the two terms in the lead. So that it reads "estudio de casos y controles, también conocido como estudio de control de casos", and possibly even mentioning as a note that the latter term is a misnomer: saying "también incorrectamente conocido como". I'm going to implement that.
Meanwhile, someone more familiar with Spanish-language literature on the subject should weigh in on the actual distribution of both terms in the literature. Cherkash (discusión) 10:47 16 feb 2024 (UTC)
