English: Guayaquil (Guayas), 26 de marzo de 2024.- . Bajo el liderazgo del presidente de la República, Daniel Noboa Azin, desde la UPC de Socio Vivienda, las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional desplegaron la madrugada de este martes 26 de marzo un megaoperativo denominado “RESURGIR 11”. El objetivo de esta misión táctica fue recuperar cerca de 130 viviendas arrebatadas a los ciudadanos por parte de bandas criminales que hicieron de esta zona el punto de operaciones delictivas.
