English: Ati Seygundiba Quigua Izquierdo, known as Ati Quigua is a Colombian indigenous activist, environmentalist and pacifist politician belonging to the Arhuaco people. She is a public administrator and a Master in Government and public policy. On January 3, 2004, she became the first indigenous councilor in Colombia and later the first indigenous woman in the vice presidency of the Bogotá Council from 2004 to 2011. In her political work, she prioritized the creation of a "culture of water" through a Water Statute for Bogotá and the defense of environmental heritage, food sovereignty and the role of women in this fight.
