Rolfeo o rolfing (/ˈrɔːlfɪŋ, ˈrɒl-/) es una forma de la medicina natural originalmente desarrollada por Ida Rolf (1896@–1979) como Integración estructural.[1]​[2]​[3]​ Se distribuye típicamente como sesiones de manipulación de diez manos, a veces llamaron "la receta". Está basado en las ideas de Rolf sobre cómo el campo de energía del cuerpo humano se puede beneficiar cuándo se alinea con el campo gravitacional de la Tierra.[4]​[5]​ Los practicantes combinan terapia manual profunda y superficial con movimiento incitados.[6]​ El proceso es a veces doloroso.[7]​

Los principios del rolfeo contradecen los conocimientos médicos establecidos y no hay buena evidencia de que el rolfeo sea eficaz para el tratamiento de cualquier condición de salud.[8]​[9]​ Está reconocida como pseudociencia[10]​ y ha sido caracterizado como quackery.[11]​[12]​ No es sabe si el.rolfeo es seguro o coste-eficaz.[9]​[13]​
