Mecaphesa anguliventris es una especie de araña cangrejo del género Mecaphesa, familia Thomisidae,[1] orden Araneae.[2]

Esta especie se encuentra en Estados Unidos: Hawái.[3]

Fue descrita científicamente por Simon en 1900.[2]
