Utaherpeton franklini es una especie extinta de lepospóndilo que vivió a finales del período Carbonífero (durante el Bashkiriense[1]​[2]​) en lo que hoy son los Estados Unidos, siendo una de las especies más antiguas del grupo Microsauria.[3]​
