Polandball

Hi, sorry for the delay but your petition isn't correct. The correct procedure is:

1. Petition for a new votation in Wikipedia:Tablón de anuncios de los bibliotecarios/Portal/Archivo/Solicitudes de nueva consulta/Actual;
2. The voice of Spanish Wikipedia community must be respected. Besides I deleted the article, the decision was a statement of the users that participated in the votation. So, a speedy restoration isn't possible.
3. Also, I don't participate in the procedure of the new votation so a third sysop must attend the petition.
