La línea 99 fue una línea de colectivos del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires. Unía el barrio porteño de Liniers con el de Puerto Madero.

El 16 de diciembre de 2025, anunciaron de manera oficial a través del comunicado del GCBA, la fusión de la línea 99 con la línea 106, la idea original fue abandonar la Av. Avellaneda y la zona de Av. Acoyte en Caballito, estaba programado para que sea en enero de 2026 la fusión. ^[2]

Sin Embargo, el día Viernes 30 de enero del 2026, se firmó la Resolución N° 18/SECT/26 desde La secretaria de Transporte de CABA, de que se aprobó la fusión con la línea 106 pero con cambios con respecto al proyecto original. Se confirmó las 7 impugnaciones de 5 Líneas: Las Líneas 132, 26, 109, 34 y 166, 1 Cámara empresarial: #AAETA, en apoyo de la Línea 166 y la Junta Comunal 7. Dada estas impugnaciones, el proyecto tuvo cambios:

La 106 Mantiene su recorrido actual con un solo cambio: Mano a Retiro seguirá por Paraguay doblando en Av. Callao en vez de Ayacucho

La Actual 106 Ramal B (ex 99) los cambios fueron, Llega a Estación Liniers, Dejó de ir por Acoyte: nuevo recorrido por Franklin - Av. Honorio Pueyrredón - A. Figueroa - Av. Scalabrini Ortiz - Av. Corrientes y mantuvo el trayecto por Av. Avellaneda y hasta el Buquebus.^[3]

Desde el 12 de febrero de 2026, la línea 99 pasó a ser el Ramal B de la línea 106 (CUSA), quedando oficialmente clausurada a partir de esa fecha.
