Las elecciones presidenciales se realizaron en Pakistán el 4 de septiembre de 2018.[1]

El 4 de septiembre de 2018, Arif Alvi fue elegido como el 13.º Presidente de Pakistán.[4]

- Fazal-ur-Rehman: Candidato de junta de Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal, Pakistán Liga musulmana (N) y varios otros partidos de oposición. Nominado por Shahbaz Sharif el 27 de agosto de 2018.[9]
Retirado
- Amir Muqam: Presidente de Pakistán Liga musulmana (N) en Khyber Pakhtunkhwa y anterior MNA. Retiró sus papeles de nombramiento que siguen el nombramiento de junta de Fazal-ur-Rehman.[10]
