Использовался приблизительно с сентября 2013 года (не ранее 14 августа, когда сайт ещё находился на домене rsoc.ru в старом оформлении, и не позднее 5 сентбря, когда сайт переехал на домен rkn.gov.ru с новым оформлением) по 11 марта 2021 года (с 12 марта исключён из оформления)
