El Globo de Oro al mejor actor de serie de televisión - Comedia o musical fue entregado por primera vez en 1969 por la asociación de la prensa extranjera de Hollywood. Este galardona al actor cuya actuación haya sido sobresaliente en un papel en una serie u otro programa de televisión de musical o comedia, principalmente en territorio estadounidense.
