Los edificios más altos en Omaha, la ciudad más grande de del estado de Nebraska (Estados Unidos), incluyen las torres de Woodmen of the World y el First National Bank of Omaha. El edificio más alto de la ciudad es el First National Bank Tower de 193 metros (m) y 45 pisos. Terminada en 1969, la Woodmen Tower de 146 m 30 y pisos de altura fue la más alta[1]​ hasta la construcción de la First National Bank Tower. Si bien la mayoría de los edificios más altos de la ciudad están en el Downtown Omaha, varios se encuentran en Midtown Omaha. Estos incluyen el Masonic Manor de 22 pisos 98 m, actualmente el tercer edificio más alto de la ciudad, y el Mutual of Omaha Building de 14 pisos y los 87 m. El Medical Center de la Universidad de Nebraska está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y entre su campus en rápida expansión se encuentran los Lied Transplant Center de 70 m.
